Yes! AbyAMC is compatible with all types of cooktops including gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops.

Yes! All stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe. All normal lids, Easyquick lid, cookware are dishwasher save. Even the Visotherm, that you can also unscrew from the lid for a better cleaning. 
Attention: Never put the Audiotherm into the dishwasher. 

That said, handwashing with warm water and a soft sponge helps extend the life and shine of your cookware, because a little extra care goes a long way.
