Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of every AbyAMC product. If something isn't quite right, we'll make it right.

If you need to return an item, we've made the process straightforward. Please review the guidelines below before starting your return.

Refund Eligibility

Requirement	Details
Return window	Item must have been delivered within the last 30 days
Condition	Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals
Not eligible	Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned

Location	Return Shipping
Continental USA	Free — A prepaid shipping label will be provided
Outside Continental USA (AK, HI, PR, etc.)	Returns are accepted — Customer pays return shipping

Request a Return from Your Order Page

Access your order by logging into your AbyAMC Account or by clicking View Order in your confirmation email. Select the item and choose Request Return.
Wait for Approval

After we confirm eligibility, we'll email you a secure link to your Return Portal.
Generate and Print Your Label

Use the link in the email to download and print your prepaid return label (if applicable).
Pack Your Item

Place the item in its original packaging with all included components. Remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Ship the Package

Attach the new label and drop it off with the designated carrier. Keep your tracking number or receipt for reference.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you with an update.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
