If you need to return an item, we've made the process straightforward. Please review the guidelines below before starting your return.

How to Make a Return

Request a Return from Your Order Page
Access your order by logging into your AbyAMC Account or by clicking View Order in your confirmation email. Select the item and choose Request Return.

Wait for Approval
After we confirm eligibility, we'll email you a secure link to your Return Portal.

Generate and Print Your Label
Use the link in the email to download and print your prepaid return label (if applicable).

Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging with all included components. Remove or cover any old shipping labels.

Ship the Package
Attach the new label and drop it off with the designated carrier. Keep your tracking number or receipt for reference.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you with an update.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, Contact us and we'll confirm availability.
