Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about this collection — sizing, compatibility, technique, and care.
How much do bundles actually save vs single units?
Bundles are typically 15–25% below the sum of individual pieces. Foundation+, for example, contains 15 pieces that would cost noticeably more bought separately. Every product card on this page shows both the bundle price and the equivalent single-unit total so you can see the saving at a glance.
Which bundle is right for me?
Quick guide: Daily Pro or Essential for solo cooks and couples; Essential+ if you want steaming included; Pure Steam / Pure Steam+ if steaming is your priority; Foundation for most families of 3–4; Foundation+ for larger families or every-method cooks; Convio if you entertain often and want oval-format cooking; Master Grill for indoor grilling. Or take the 2-minute quiz.
Can I customise a bundle or swap pieces?
Bundle pricing is fixed because the savings come from buying the system as one unit. If you need a different combination, you can buy individual pieces separately — and the Find Your Match quiz will recommend the closest set plus any individual additions.
Do bundles include the Audiotherm?
Most bundles include at least one Audiotherm — Daily Pro, Master Grill, Pure Steam, Pure Steam+, Convio, Essential, Essential+, Foundation, and Foundation+. The Audiotherm is the acoustic assistant that lets you walk away from the stove. Foundation+ includes two.
Is bundle pricing cheaper than waiting for a sale?
Generally yes. Bundles already incorporate the system discount; promotional discounts on individual items rarely close the gap to the bundled system price. If the bundle covers what you actually need, it's almost always the best price.
