We want to make shipping as simple as possible so you can start enjoying your new purchase without any hassle! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, timelines, and what to do in case of any shipping-related issues.

Where Do We Ship?

We currently offer free domestic ground shipping for all orders within the continental United States. We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, but free shipping does not apply to these locations. Shipping rates for these areas will be calculated at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
  • Peak Season Delays: High-demand periods (holidays, promotions) may extend processing times. If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships so you can track its journey to your doorstep. If there are unexpected delays, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Tracking Your Order

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days, please reach out to us at service@abyamc.com

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier. If your tracking status shows 'Delivered' but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check your surroundings: Sometimes carriers leave packages in a safe location.
  2. Ask your neighbors or household members if they received it on your behalf.
  3. If you believe your package was stolen, file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Orders

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@abyamc.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damage
  3. A brief description of the issue

We’ll work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with our Return Policy #.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address: Contact us at service@abyamc.com as soon as possible – we can only make changes before your order is processed.
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address: We’ll issue a refund minus shipping fees or reship the package at your expense.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for shipping.
  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at orders@abyamc.com
