Serves 4

Ingredients 

  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 8 slices thick white bread
  • 4 tsp apricot fruit spread
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar

How to:

  1. Whisk eggs and cream in a shallow bowl.
