Questions about the oPan

When can I order?

Now. The first release is limited. Good to know: in our Holiday gift sets, Foundation and Foundation Plus come with an oPan included.

How do I keep eggs from sticking?

Warm the pan on medium-high for about two minutes. Add a drop of water: when it rolls around like a little bead instead of sizzling away, the pan is ready. Turn the heat down, add a little butter or oil, then the eggs. They let go on their own when they are ready to flip. Would you like a signal for the right moment? Daily Pro adds a lid and the Audiotherm.

Does the oPan come with a lid or an Audiotherm?

No. The oPan is an open brunch pan for quick everyday cooking, like eggs, pancakes and crêpes. If you’d like a lid and the Audiotherm, Daily Pro and the Essential Collection include both.

How does it fit with the rest of my A by AMC kitchen?
